Hi, I’m Karen, and Just Sew is the realisation of my lifetimes passion for stitching. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t sew or knit, although obviously there must have been a couple of years! 
As a little girl I remember desperately wanting to work in the haberdashery department of John Lewis and use the big fabric scissors, the noise they made on the table, the sound of the fabric tearing. 
As an adult I continued with all the skills taught to me by my mum and filled any gaps… A friends mum taught me to crochet (and I then taught my mum, my sister and my daughter) I then signed up for a quilting course. I now regularly engage in a whole range of crafts, I knit, crochet, machine sew and hand sew. My passion is English Paper Piecing (EPP) and my dream is to spread the love by teaching EPP classes and making and selling EPP kits.
